Terry O’Reilly versus New York
The Christmas spirit was not enough to prevent an epic brawl that happened at the MSG when the Bruins went physical with the New York fans. The heat started when Bruins’ Al Secord tripped Rangers’ Ulf Nilsson. Since they lost the game, the Rangers took this as an insult and punches were thrown both ways. Subsequently, the fans swarmed in and joined the commotion.
