Parthenon
The Parthenon is a temple located in the Acropolis in Athens, Greece. It is a historical landmark dating back to Ancient Greece. Although it was considered a temple, it was mainly used as a treasury. Archeologists and historians have theorized that its greatest treasure was a golden sculpture of Athena. Currently, the Greek government has been trying to reconstruct the Parthenon and rebuilding it back to its former glory.
