Again, please tell us these haven’t been used. The toilet paper dress is frivolous and impractical because it disintegrates when it comes in contact with water. If you went to great lengths to procure this dress, or worse, paid someone to make this for you, you might as well wear it the whole night to show it off. The dress shows elaborate patterns which are no doubt, hand made.
