Giraffe
No matter how you look at it, tattoos are painful. The larger they are, the longer it takes to do, the more pain you have to endure and the more you have to stay still. This is high on the ridiculous chart because of all of those things. Of course, a giraffe would not be giraffe unless it had a long neck.
