Philippe Faur is known for creating ice cream flavors that make use of expensive ingredients like black truffle and caviar. After a long period of perfecting another unique offering, their new ice cream flavor is now available and it makes use of foie gras! It’s considered as luxury food item and it’s made from the liver of a fattened goose or duck. While some are fed naturally, most of them are fed by tube with corn to ensure fattening.
