I know what you’re thinking. It’s pretty gross! But, look at the brighter side, the dentist won’t be having a difficult time examining the side of this guy’s teeth. Every piercing on this man’s face is practically oversized particularly his cheeks, lips, ears and nose. Everything looks blown up. It’s a mystery how he eats or smells his food. He most certainly cannot wash his face with soap without covering those holes.
