UFO in Forest
In 1980, Jim Penniston and John Burroughs of the US security patrol investigated bizarre lights around the Rendlesham Forest. According to Penniston, he saw a huge object that seemed to have smooth black glass on the outer shell. It disappeared out of thin air, although other base staff reported similar incidents the following nights. Lieutenant Colonel Charles Halt also claimed to see an object hovering with a beam that land on the ground. Guards around the base also reported seeing a craft land, although military personnel stopped them when they went to investigate.
