Pac-Man
Now, this is just being childish. This is not to say that this is craziest beard ever imagined, but it is also one of the ugliest. It is scraggly, it does not have a focus, it is one-sided, it makes use of a tattoo to prop it up, and Pac-Man is not even complete with hair. It could have been funny, except that the person seems to be taking himself seriously.
