This is a lazy excuse for a beard. A big, bushy beard with a bald head is a time-honored tradition in some parts of the world. This is a shaved head, with a thin strip of hair going from the top of the head to the outlines of a beard. Another crazy example of a half-assed idea. It would have been a lot better to just shave the beard and the hair.
