Talk about going all out, this dude did just that. He put on a pair red boxing shorts, red gloves, a red cloth for his cape, and blue paint all over his face. To top it off, he dyed his hair green. That is just going at it with no caution. This is one of the craziest Halloween costumes as can be. This guy will certainly not have an easy time taking off all the blue paint he put on his face.
