Karma Chameleon
I am guessing this man has a pet chameleon that he couldn’t take out because of the risk of getting lost. So what he did was have a chameleon on top of his head so doesn’t miss his pet too much. But contrary to the chameleon’s personality that it can blend in its surroundings, this dude did just the opposite, seeking attention with this colored hair.
